How do I start an official service Complaint?
Installation was confirmed and they did not show up on 3 separate occassions.except for the first time whereby the tech tore up my home data closet and left it a wreck without finishing the job the first time and never returned to correct the issue. After 3 times of poor installation scheduling and no communication, and after I had taken off work for the installation, I have cancelled my order. ATT owes me for what is will cost for putting my data closet back together and they should pay my lost wages for time spent without cause.
