How do I talk to US combined billing customer service representative to resolve an issue.
I have combined billing uverse internet and phone. I have an unresolved billing issue which I can't get solved talked to people in the Philippines who won't even transfer me to a supervisor. I was on a long frustrating call. I want to talk to a representative in the US of A. Please help.

I'm experiencing the same thing. My billing issue has yet to be fixed either, I keep getting the run-around over the phone.
