How late can bill be before service shut off
I have tried to pay my bill. Spilt pay. Delay payment but the system is unable to process it. I tried many times. So I will wait until tomorrow at work. Question, how late can a payment be before service shut off?

Be aware of the $9 late payment fee and the restoration fee in case it does get shut off.
Which system was unable to process? - I recommend paying online through your bank so that no personal financial info is stored on other sites.
