How to access HBO GO

Hello,

This is a very common problem and I still have yet to find an official fix from AT&T. I am trying to use a few apps that require me to sign in with my U-Verse credentials. When I do, I am told that these channels are not part of my subscritpion. I am on the U450 plan so I know that this is incorrect. The apps have worked in the past from a variety of devices. Now no devices work.

I spoke with a rep on chat and they provided no help. They ran me through the regular song and dance and only accomplished wasting an hour of my time.

When you google this issue, there is never a solution, only an AT&T rep that offers to deal with it privately. So, is there anyone that can help?

If you are sure you are using the primary member ID/user ID, go to att.com and change your password (even though there's no issue with the password).

After that, clear your browsing history then try again.
