How to file a complaint with the OOP

I have had service with AT&T for less than a month. I have had nothing but issues with customer service and inconsistent information. I am looking for a number to contact the Office of the President. It is not published anywhere on the website and no one that I speak to is willing to provide this information. Please help as I am on my way to filing a formal complaint with the FCC and the BBB.

I have had to call every month to have my ATT/DIRECT TV BUNDLE turned on and I was promised a set amount every month and that was never honoured I still have to call, nowthey say I am a month behind on my Bill and if I don't pay my service will be disconnected I had no choice but to pay it, I take care of my elderly parents which are connected and monitored by phone and my daily entry is done on line, my father can die and I wouldn't have any help from his home health care because they can't watch his monitoring at night. Even though I paid my bill yesterday my ATT/DIRECTTV was shut off as if to laugh in my face. I have had to use my cell phone for everything and I have exceeded my data limits and now I have to pay my cell carrier more Money, I am disabled and draw a SSI disability I cannot afford this and I'm at my end wore out I have been discriminated against and I have no rights they didn't have a problem yanking money from my account yesterday but today they said it was shut off because it takes a day or two to reprocess now it did not take them long to get it out of my account yesterday however

I canceled my prepay account for cell phone service on Aug. 18-19 switched to T-Mobile and when I called to close my account, only 2 days after the $95. Payment was automatically withdrawn from my bank account,  I was told their was a 59 day waiting period for refunds! Even though the account was in my name! So after numerous phone calls and visits to my local store, No refund, but lots of lame excuses! I can’t even get a name for a area supervisor to send the small claims court summons 🥵
