How to file a complaint with the OOP
I have had service with AT&T for less than a month. I have had nothing but issues with customer service and inconsistent information. I am looking for a number to contact the Office of the President. It is not published anywhere on the website and no one that I speak to is willing to provide this information. Please help as I am on my way to filing a formal complaint with the FCC and the BBB.

I canceled my prepay account for cell phone service on Aug. 18-19 switched to T-Mobile and when I called to close my account, only 2 days after the $95. Payment was automatically withdrawn from my bank account, I was told their was a 59 day waiting period for refunds! Even though the account was in my name! So after numerous phone calls and visits to my local store, No refund, but lots of lame excuses! I can’t even get a name for a area supervisor to send the small claims court summons 🥵

Hey there, @gkoziatek!
To check for if there is currently a ticket in for restoration, you will need to get in contact with our main line at 800.288.2020 and follow the prompts provided. If you respond to the voice prompt, you will need to state None Of These. If there is no ticket available, you will be able to process one immediately.
Let us know if you have any further questions! We'll be here to help.
