How to stop auto payment for closed account? Need refund.

I understood that my account was close more than two months ago.  The equipment was returned back in early February.  my billing was settled.  But in turn I was billed for February and it was automatically  paid from my credit (debit) card. Now I have an additional months charge.  This is worse than the frequently interruption u-verse signal and the time to recover.  How do I stop the billing and get a refund?  This is most frustrating!

Any idea, please email me at [email scrubbed]

First off....this is a PUBLIC MESSAGE BOARD.  Please remove your PERSONAL information

Next....this is a customer populated board.  No one has access to your account and no one will email you.

Lastly, your final bill is NOT pro-rated so depending on the DATE that you cancelled and billing dates of your account, there is a good chance that you will owe for the final month.  For example, you cancelled on 2/5 but a new billing cycle started on 2/1.  You would owe for that final billing cycle.

Revoke your authorization for AT&T to auto-debit in writing to your bank.  That'll stop any further problems there.

Why do people continue to post personal information online?
