Huge Kudos

Gigantic thanks to Tyler, *****, for helping a 31 year Army veteran and active service member with his account issues. I have run into numerous bureaucratic brick walls before talking with him and not only did he fix the issues but he credited me the lost service time I incurred. I wish he was in the Army, so I could pin a medal on his chest for the dedication he places in his work! Thanks for the help and support!
