Hurricane Harvey and the kick them when there down customer service from AT&T/Directv

My home had 3 feet of water, lost everything even the outdated directv equipment and AT&T wireless modem.    Called AT&T Around 9/1. The Rep was very nice placed my account on 6 month suspension until we could move back home and would receive all new equipment at no charge   Mind you I have been paying my bill every month.   Yesterday I received cancellation email for non payment stating I need to return all equipment and will receive a bill for early termination of contract.     If I did not return the equipment I will also receive an invoice for that.... I lost everything I OWN.     Today I received an email from AT&T asking me to return there equipment and sorry to see me go

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the AT&TCustomerCare customer service team. They will reply back with a PM (envelope in the top right of the page). Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time.
