I am so happy with the technician that came out!

Finally, my problem was fixed!  Premisies Technician, David [Edited for privacy.](CT), did an excellent job troubleshooting and fixing the problem with my phone. He was also pleasant and patient. He made up for the terrible experience I had yesterday with my phones.  He deserves a raise! Thank you David.
