I am unable to use 3rd party apps like HBO Go and Starz.

I have chatted with customer service a few times and have gotten nowhere. I see a few other users have gotten this issue solved here, but how they did it is not listed.Can anyone help me? I have Uverse 450, so I should have access to these services. Whenever I log in on any of the network websites I get a message that says they can not confirm my service.

Make sure you sign in using your att email address, and not Yahoo or Gmail, or other third party email.

And make sure that the ATT email you're using is the one associated with your account.

Reset the password even though there's no issue with the password.

I did all that, no help. I am using my att.net sign in, and it automatically signs me in from my home network. I have changed my password and cleared all my browser data, no help.

I spoke/chatted with my 20th AT&T rep today since Friday.  My account is now suspended.  One of the guys even told me he was floor supervisor Steve and this problem was being worked on and would be finished by the end of the day.  I KNOW problem isn't fixed and its possible that Supervisor Steve was just trying to pass me to the next account rep.  If anyone knows an email, or a phone number or even a carrier pigeon to these peeps let me know.. my account is in distress.  I mean after all, last time I was able to log on my app it said I'm a "PLATINUM CUSTOMER".  I'm just glad my account doesn't say boogerface customer..  YIKES
