I CANNOT DEAL WITH AT&T ANYMORE

Seriously trying to move my service the website is down and won't allow me.  I did it over the phone and the guy turns my serivce off a DAY EARLY and signs me up for a package I DID NOT ASK FOR!!! and A HOME PHONE I DO NOT NEED!!!! NOT ONE PERSON AT AT&T SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HELP ME I CAN'T DEAL WITH THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE SCREW YOU AT&T
