I guess the end is near

Wow. I’m a 8 year U-verse customer and 20 year wireless customer. Decided to stop in to my AT&T authorized retailer today to discuss a new phone. One of the most horrible experiences I have ever endured. People please understand that loyalty is NOT a 2 way street with these people. Calling to cancel my service tomorrow.
