I HATE UVERSE AND ATT

I took off work yesterday morning as I was promised a Uverse transfer of service install yesterday from 9-10.  At 10:30 I called and was told the installer was delayed but would be there within 2 hours and someone would call me back to verify it had been done.  I told them to call my cell phone number as it is a gated community.  I cancelled my work lunch appointment.  No one showed up or called.  At 2  I called again and was told the agent was on the way.  I called again at 4 and was told they were not dispatching any more installers that day and that someone tried to come but called my home phone and did not get an answer (DUH!!!) as it was not set up because that is what they were supposed to be doing too!  So I spoke with them and they said they would set it up for between 4 and 8 today.  That meant I only had to take an hour or so off of work.  I got a text this morning that said they would be there between 11-1.  I called and told them that was not possible and what happened to the 4-8.  They said they don't work at that time.  So the next soonest they can do the install is next Wednesday morning!!!! (One week later).  For 2 cents I would go somewhere else but would probably have to wait that long.  I have been a long term ATT customer and UVERSE customer.  I gave up work, inconvenience and I have no phone, no internet, no security and no TV.  All they can say is sorry.  This has hurt my income and my credibilty.  I have other vendors that need these services so they can get their work done and of course I have to keep changing them.  This is no way to run a business.  I am just furious!!!!!
