I just payed my bill!?

There is a lag of a day or two between when a payment is received and when it shows up on the account. If the payment had not been posted by the billing cycle date (which is likely many days before you received your bill), the statement process had already begun and the payment will not show.  You can check your current balance online to see if it is the same as on your statement, or if it has been reduced by your payment amount.
