I just want service
I just purchased a home that is a brand new build, some one within AT&T did not listen when another customer was starting service as far as to what their address was. They entered into the system my address, and i have contacted that person to change their address (3 weeks this is been ongoing) and it took me 30 mins to locate and call the person AT&T couldn't get ahold of. I cannot get service until you at AT&T fix their address and get just mine as the only one at it. I just want internet and cable service that i have been trying to get for the last 2 weeks.
