I moved and had my internet uverse account moved! I also have phone service with you guys!!!!!

I was supposed to get a visa gift card for moving and staying with att!!  I have not received anything!!!! I did get a credit because I was cut off 4 days early at my old home which was your error.  So far I am not so happy!  I would like to get the $400 Gift card that you guys were offering!  I am a single mother and was hoping this would help me out!!!! What the heck is going on!!!!

For assistance with your Reward Card, we recommend you contact the AT&T Reward Center for additional support.

 

Click on 'Reward Process Overview' to learn about the requirements and reward process.

 

Once you have claimed your reward and met your 30-day service requirement, most customers receive their reward within 3 weeks. You can obtain a real-time status for your reward at the AT&T Reward Center.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 3 DAYS TO TRY TO GET THOUGH AND STAY ON HOLD LONGER THAT 15 MINUTES EACH TIME AND STILL NO ANSWER!  I ALSO TRIED MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ZIP CODE AND NO HELP!!!
