I need to pay my bill
My bill is past due. August 31. I'm having trouble finding a way to pay it. I try paying it online but is says I can't with my account. I called and tryed to pay thru the phone they said my card won't go thru.

This is a peer-to-peer forum for U-verse subscribers just like you. I would first call customer service and billing at 800.288.2020 . Their hours are M - F 8am - 7pm. Sat 8am - 5pm Local time. You could then pay by phone using a debit card or giving the routing number and account number for a checking or savings account.
I would think that you should also be able to pay your bill online using a debit card or putting in the routing number and account number for a checking or savings account. All you need to do is go to att.com and sign in with your U-verse User ID and Password.

You could pay online through your bank (which is safer because all personal and financial info stays with the bank). Or maybe pay at the kiosk inside an AT&T store.

The kiosk inside an AT&T store is a good idea. Paying through his bank delays the payment even more than paying through att.com. However, since he is already late paying, it may not make any difference. I would have him call the AT&T (800) number, though, to inform them that a payment is on the way, and what day to expect it.
