I still have not received my visa reward card.

Run, do not walk, to https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx .  Rewards have to be redeemed within a certain time frame or they will not be sent.  You're supposed to get a postcard to let you know to redeem them, but they seem to get lost in the mail real easy.

Well I received the flyer finally and went to great  lengths to be sure of the amount owed to me. I called customer service twice after filing with the flyer info. I asked to please have her note the amount special on my account page. TWICE. She assured me both times that she had. The amount was 200 dollars. Guess what you amazing guys? I got 100. After alllll that.Now my money is off to case land, a mysterious land with no explanation Words like reviewed, case, 30 days, 7 days, phone call, i dont know when....etc. It was so Orwellian and vague. I want to know why my money was not mailed to me. I made it even easier for them with the repeated calls and begging them to make a note of the amount--PLEASE. And I guess they just didn't care to do it? Where is my money? When am I going to receive it? Why is it even being reviewed? What is happening at at&t, is it a long fire or something in one wing and a hurricane in the other? I mean im sorry but this is ridiculous. Please mail me my card with the 100 dollars on it. Please everything in my account states that this is what is owed to me. I even left special instructions with the agents to make a special note of the amount twice, What happened here? Please explain this insanity to me and also when the card will get here. Dont prove to everyone that is a scam. Please help a loyal customer who has been a long customer. always paid on time. Thank you.
