I Submitted an Intent to Arbitrate, BUT

I haven't received a response.  I followed all of the terms in the Terms & Conditions, sent it certified mail & rec'd confirmation that AT&T received it.  However, no response.

How long does this take?

I still haven't received a response.  Does AT&T not take Arbitration notices seriously?  If not, I do, and I plan to exercise my rights under the law to the fullest extent possible.

Depending on the issue and your demands, they may not take it seriously.

Instructions on the arbitration process can be found here:

I wanted to give an update on what happened.  I submitted my intent to arbitrate to the legal office and followed all protocol.  Four weeks later, I received a credit on my bill for the services I was promised and the promotional card I was promised.  I strongly encourage you to follow the arbitration procedure in the terms and conditions if you have 1.  Documentation to support your claim 2. Time of phone calls and/or emails 3. Are willing to follow the steps in the arbitration procedure.

It's not an immediate solution, but you will get your issue resolved if you can prove your claim.  It takes patience, and they are counting on people not wanting to take the time to follow procedure, but they owed me over $400, so it was worth it to me.
