I want out
I am so disgusted with the lies and the fees I have been charged. I was told I would get a rewards card $300.00 dollars to be exact. I was told I didn’t qualify after they charged me 368.00 my first bill. And I was lied to about my cell phone being free. That was untrue. Then when they didn’t hook up my home phone the day I was getting my t.v and internet, they charged me $99.00 installation fee. Which that was their fault not mine. I feel that AT&T and Direct T.V. Have done nothing but lied to me. Can I get out of my contract only been with them 2 months and Want to know what my etf would be?

You might try filing a complaint with the FCC. Some people have had good results including me when I had issues with my cell phone that they would not correct. But be aware that you will have to send them proof to support your claim. I do not guantee you will have success but it is worth a shot.

Omg...me too!! I was told a 300 gift card and then another person told me 200. I also was told the installation fee would be waived but was charged on my first bill. Seems that nobody knows what they're talking about when you call and the supervisor told me she would have to listen to the call where the CSR told me the installation would be waived. What the heck is up with that? She was also very abrupt to get off the phone with me. I am so not impressed and only had their services for one week.
