I want to cancel my AT&T UVerse Service after less than 1 month

I have taken the U200 TV and Internet package, but the support has been terrible. I waited for someone to come to my pace for 12 hours on Sunday 8/5/2018, but nobody did. I even called 3 times on Sunday to find out if anybody was actually coming, and was informed every time by AT&T that somebody was on their way. This is just plain horrible customer service and I should be compensated dearly for having to wait for 12 hours (and not being able to do a lot of other things I had planned for Sunday)...Not to mention the lying people from AT&T end. So how do I cancel my service now and throw back my equipment? There apparently are better providers.

Call the CS number 1-800-288-2020. 

 

Bear in mind that if you are under contract an ETF will be charged.  Also, you will have 21 days to return all equipment.  Instructions will be sent via email
