I want to file a compliant.

I was told to give you guys a call for today because of my promotion ending. Me and my wife have been calling for 3 hours and your customer service agents are hanging up the phone on us. All I want to do is to get setup for another promotion if that can't happen I want to cancel my TV,internet and phone. My name is Taurus and my email is ***

I'm having a terrible time with ATT CS.  I spent 45 minutes with 7 different reps and after explaining the issue to each one. Not any help was offered.

Where can I go or what can I do? My account is now froze and still I can't get any help.

It's going to go to collections because of ATT 's lack of help.
