I was promised $300 gift reward but acct shows only $100

Hi I ordered new UVerse Internet and tv service, and had my installation today. When I signed up online earlier this week, I was promised $300 in gift rewards, in addition to various discounts for each portion of my services. When I log onto my account it shows just a $100 gift card entitlement plus the same discounts for tv and Internet.

I have the screen captures of what I ordered, but can't get any help on the issue.

I'm getting ready to notify the BBB, as I continue to get the runaround from this company. Anybody have similar issues?

@Fgoldhammer   I've seen terms on a number offfers from Uverse and see them structured as $300 if paying regular price, but $100 if getting $$ off regular price discounts on service.

 

Logic is the $$/mo discounts in 12 mo + $100 will add up to more than $300. Smiley Surprised

Yes, I have the same issue and when i try to contact them they just said I’m eligible only for $100 but when check out for the service order online it said $300 reward. That’s lie and fraud from Att

Contact the Reward Center directly by calling 800-288-9983. They're available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CDT).

 

If you need help with anything else, let us know.

They don't pick up the phone I have to call many times from morning till noon. Supper slow service!
