I'm fed up with AT&T

 I'v been a 25 year plus customer of AT&T with many of their services but now I'm looking to switch my services thanks to Uverse. They are the worst!!

 I have been dealing with their cutomer service for over six months now with mistakes they made on my account over two years ago. The customer service is rock bottom!! Make sure you document any conversation you have with them because they sure don't. One lie after another, five escalated calls with no return call, transfer after transfer!! Not sure who to blame, the reps. that are forced to take the call to keep their job or management. I'm thinking management. Why don't they do anything to increase customer service. All I ask is for them to do their job, as a customer we do pay for them to do so. Not one return call from management to resolve my issue. Uverse is there worst in the AT&T family. Why don't they all do us a favor and close the doors. I'm sure that will happen shorty, it shows in the service we are getting. The employees just don't care.

 In closing, for anyone that is reading this. STAY AWAY FROM UVERSE unless you like stomach ulcers and elevated blood pressure!!

ATT doesn't care about you. They want your money and have used government lobbying to enforce laws so that they can make it extremely easy with almost no recourse or possibility of customers being able to do anything about it. 

The only solution in many of these topics and threads is to just leave this terrible company.
