Impossible to get help
I signed up for Uverse. was told I would get $10 credit on Uverse if I purchased a AT&T phone. I did that. I called immediatly after I bought the phone and the woman said she would link it. Surprise, 2 weeks later its not linked and no one has any idea what I'm talking about. They said there were no notes on the account.
I spent 5 hours on the phone this week trying to get U-verse and my cell phone linked. Saturday night was 2 hours linking it. Today was 45 minutes on hold X 6 calls.Still no credit. They said it would take affect next month. Depending on who you get in either Finance, billing, or online chat, the answers change. It's impossible to get HELP or a straight answer.
Turns out I have the Rep who set it up's ID #. doesnt matter.
