Intermittent Outages with all of our ATT services

We live in a Western suburb of Chicago and have had the WORSE experience with our ATT services. We have the Uverse, internet & phone bundle and experience outages almost EVERY OTHER DAY. These outages can last anywhere from a couple of hours to 8 hours or more. We call ATT and are on hold anywhere from 30-60 min only to have them try to troubleshoot the issues with us and it doesn't work. We ask to speak to managers and are then disconnected(this has happened 4 times)  We have had scheduled tech support teams come out - some do show up and claim they adjusted the lines and everything should be fine, some never show up during the 4 hour window that we wait.  HELP!!!!

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team.  One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly.  Please look for the envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.  They can look at/monitor your service and see if they see any issues and take corrective action to resolve your issue.
