Internet in Brevard County - Hurricane Matthew

Can I please get any kind of update on my U-verse/internet services. This is crazy I live in brevard county and we didn't lose power thank god but we lost internet and U-verse yesterday and when you call no one can answer questions. Most of the people around me that lost power have gotten it back but I can't get tv or internet and my kids need it for school on Monday. Please give a update.
