is there a way to view my bill please without a video

I hate that. I would rather view it without a video just something to look at

also I would like to request to be able to make a partial payment of 75.00 Tuesday April 30th.. I will do it via online.. payments

Hello rebeccafred50, you can view your bill without having to watch a video. To access your bill

Select U-verse on the left side of the page

Enter your Primary Member ID in the User ID field and fill in your password.

You can contact our Credit & Collections team on 1-800-288-2020 to arrange the partial payment. Hours of Operations are

8:00am - 7:00pm CT; Mon-Fri

8:00am - 5:00pm CT; Sat
