Is there anyone at this time who knows how to add wireless receivers to get them running again?

My U-Verse account deal has drawn close to ending and I changed my package. Somehow Kim the agent shut off 2 of my 3 televisions now just past midnight and I have no TV. The 2 other wireless units are deleted from my account yet I never requested and she saw my bill I have 3 televisions so why did Kim cut service to two? I also know if I was to return wireless boxes I would of had a conversation about that.

I do not understand how to add them back myself and chat is closed.
