Issues viewing/downloading my bills each month

I get my bill, via email, each month.  For the last 8 months, I click on the button in my email that states "View Your Bill".  It brings up the att.com/myatt login.  I log in. The screen goes white and states in the upper left corner "redirecting..." suddenly the Directv account overview page comes up.  It is my account, but under the billing box it states that my Directv bill is through a third party and to login on their webpage.  That would be ATT.  However, every time I log in through ATT webpage it redirects me to Directv page that does not contain my billing information.

Today, I finally called to get this straightened out...or so I thought.  I spoke with 4 different people.  The fourth person was in "Advance Technical Support" after an hour and a half, he told me it is a glitch on their end. I calmly told him that this "glitch" has been happening for 8 months and when will they get it fixed.  He stated there was no repair end date insight.  What? Seriously? You want me to continue paying my bills every month when I can't even look at them.  Absolutely ridiculous!  I asked him to please turn on paper bills, so I could see my bill every month.  He stated he would try but wasn't something that he could do.  I could call back and speak with another person in customer service.  This is unbelievable! I would do it myself, but I can't access any billing on my account!!! ATT/DIRECTV, PLEASE GET THIS FIXED! I JUST WANT TO VIEW AND DOWNLOAD MY BILL EACH MONTH!!!

I had to post this under U-verse TV as the topic.  It wouldn't let me choose anything else.  I have no idea what U-verse TV is, I just want to view my statement each month!
