July 2018 special offers NOT received - JBL soundbar

I order internet and uverse bundle on July 17th 2018.  The special offers in July 2018 were $250 in cards and a free JBL soundbar.  My services was not installed until Aug 2018.  I DID NOT receive the $50 card.  I DID NOT receive the JBL soundbar.  Where are the rest of my special offers?  I suppose ATT reverted to the August 2018 special offers which is WRONG.  ATT support is useless for this matter, no one can find my original order nor what the specials in July 2018 were.  When will my $50 card and free JBL soundbar be provided?

I had the same offer. Never got the $50 card until I called them. I was hoping that they would send the promised Soundbar info, but the reward cards center said they don’t deal with gifts, just the Visa cards. This whole thing is just a joke. I spent hours trying to deal with them. So frustrating.

Happened to me too except I am being required to pay $5 more a month than i was quoted and somehow noone can change this bull

I assume you are talking about the extra $5 off if you do autopay? Jeez. Sorry to hear that. I also had the $5 issue. After the first billing cycle, the $5 discount appeared with the prior month $5 discount. Apparently you have to wait for the first autopay to happen, then my second bill had the discount along with the first month discount. But if you did the JBL promo in July, you should be on your second billing cycle I assume. Yeah it’s a struggle with customer service, phone or chatting. No one knows anything.

Yes I think so! Two days ago I called and a guy was super rude but offered to sign me up for autopay for $5 off each month then yesterday I talked to someone else who said I can’t do that. Att is lie after lie!

I tried today to get more info on the Soundbar. Two hours in chat. First lady lied, said I should receive it by Monday. When I asked for carrier info, she changed her tune and said it’s not in my order. Transferred me to someone else. Ugh. Chatted with this other guy. All I got was a $50 courtesy credit and said he will escalate this issue to the back office. I said just give me the account credit for the Soundbar and I will go buy my own. No dice. I have to wait 5 business days and someone will send me the shipping info. Unfortunately that was told to me a month ago when I first contacted att about the Soundbar. I think they are purposely trying to wear us down so we give up trying to get this gift. I am combined 6+ hours trying to deal with this. Ridiculous

I tried almost every department and after 8 hours of phone calls and online chats over a span of 4 days, I end up getting told that they can't find the promotion. Probably gonna file a formal complaint for being falsely mislead into getting new service with the promise of a promotional gift, and not even allowing me to cancel when they won't follow through on their end without paying an early termination fee
