Lack of address verification & location

Have been waiting patiently fo 3 1/2 weeks now for them to find my new home. The terminal is at the end of my driveway yet they still keep having my address changed to a different street miles from my house. The tech came the first time & got everything squared away in the house but could not connect the house to the terminal out front of my house because it kept telling everybody a different street name miles from here. Cannot contact anybody above my local store rep to get this issue resolved. They have escalated the problem twice now with ABSOLUTELY NOOO RESULT. How the heck am I supposed to get connected to get service from AT&T.
