I have been with ATT since 2001
LANDLINE and UVERSE and DIRECTTV we have elderly disabity pts in home CANNOT phone 911
I phone support services this am and talked tw reps. They both told me I am not a custmer despite me paying for multiple services over a 16 year period. This is totallly NOT ACCEPTABLE. I asked both reps to speak to a supervisor. They refused me that oportunity. I asked them to have a supervisor phone me. I would like to have those calls listened to by a supervisor, and I want a services investigaton to be opened. Please inform me if tthat can begin in a timely period.
No supervisor ever phoned me.
Tonight I phoned for a third time. Despite the website saying you offer 24 7 technical support YOU DO NOT Trust me on that. I cannot enter a service request inside of my account. We need immediate service repair, so we can have a way to call 911. We have disabled elderly people in home who are on oxygen therapy with heart difficulties.
Please suggest what we should do tonight if we need an ambulance?
