Lied to by Billing on every call

What a pain.  Since getting Uverse tv service it's been billing problem again and again.  Does their right hand not know what their left hand is doing???

 

I just wanted U200 service on 2 tv's.  We agreed on the price and installation date.  More phone calls to get the price issue cleared up.

 

The latest is that they said they would take off the $49. installation fee.  This fee was never stated to me and I never saw it in writing anywhere.  The last phone call they said they were taking it off.  What do I do?  Call some low level person and whine, then get mad and say cancel and say it all to another person?  

 

It's just always something.  Why can't you say here's the service, here's the monthly price and just do it????

@TiredCamper, these are the customer service managers that can usually get things figured out for you. It is either going to be them, or you will probably just leave. Last resort at this point.

OK.  It's an activation fee.

 

It was not on any forms I was ever shown.  Not in an email.  Not verbally told to me by the initial phone.

 

The point is I was told it would be removed.  And it was not.


NEED HELP?
