Lies

Att has constantly disappointed and lied to me. Just today my account was suspended. I have been told many times in the past that there is a 10 day grace period. Even today i had a chat with customer service via the att app and i have a screen shot of the conversation stating (by an att rep) that there is a 10 day grace period and that i was within that time. But the didnt have the "options" to fix it, that i would need to call into att... After a 20 minute hold. I was greated by a nice guy who said that i was lied too and that att does not have a grace period.that i would have to pay today (even tho i was within the time to set a payment arrangement and the services should not have been suspended). I think it is really bad service to put your customers through the lies and non help... So stay crappy att. Show the world what a crappy company does to its customers. I wonder if the reeps are told to lie?

We are saddened to hear about your recent experience. The last representative was correct by saying that there is no grace period. If you feel that you will be late on your payment schedule a payment arrangement before your due date.
