PM ATT Uverse Care or Customer Care here, they can PM/call and discuss your problem.

Click the correct link below in my signature for either Service or Billing/other things.

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. They can do more than any phone rep and stick w/it till it's done.  Good luck 😉

Go to the AT&T site.  Log in.  The annoying Chat widget will show up, unless you have an ad or script blocker on that's blocking it.

You'd be much better off sending a Private Message to the appropriate group.

Will whoever set our posts to one-star please explain your reasoning?
