Low hanging phone line not being used

Hello,

There is a low hanging telephone line that is drooping on my property at 416 E. Blue Ridge Road, Hendersonville, NC Henderson County.

I am having tree work done and I am afraid this line will be a hindrance or make someone have an injury.

It looks like the line is not being used at all and has been replaced. It needs to come down. Can you please help me.
