May have to leave AT&T, Comcast is giving me a better offer

We have watched our bill raise to 350 dollars a month. It has slowly been going up, I just can't afford to be silent any further. I shouldn't have to choose between food and TV. I am on disability and can't afford it. That is absolutely horrific pricing, that is half my rent every month.
I called u verse and they want me to switch to direct TV. I don't want direct TV I like U Verse. He told me that was the only way to get a lower price on my bill..Then he informed I am on the highest platform. I wasn't on the highest TV plan, and I don't want the highest plan. I this is just bad, really bad.

Comcast has offered me a much lower amount of 125 a month, for all 3 services called a triple play. And since you people want to change my services and make this a nightmare, I see no other choice, but to move on to someone that is trying to help me out, and shows compassion for their customers needs.

I have been with you guys for a while, and for the most part I have been extremely happy with you, I don't watch much TV. I have worked really hard on paying my bill, ever month, but this is too much.. My heart is broken that you can't help me get my bill much lower, so I can continue my service. I suffer from mental issues and problems, and change for me is really horrific and scary, and I cant believe you are doing this to me. The phone and Internet is what I use most the TV is something I watch, but not as important as the phone and Internet. My favorite channels are hallmark, lifetime and lifetime movie channel. This is my last hope that someone can help me.
