MAYBE ITS TIME TO START SHOPPING AROUND BECAUSE ATT DEFINITELY DOESN'T APPRECIATE MY SERVICE.

We rely on ATT Customer Care and Uverse Care here, the links are in my signature to PM the correct one, detailed in my sig.
These are not the phone people, but Community Specialists that know how to get things done and go above and beyond for users.
Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
