My 15-month old rented a movie
Can someone please help me? It’s Christmas Eve, so no one from AT&T is available to assist me. My 15-month old ordered a 2-day movie rental. I am not interested in the film, and I’m not fond of being charged for this rental. Is there anyway to cancel an order? It hasn’t been long, and we haven’t selected the film to watch. Can someone help me ASAP? I appreciate all of your help.
Kindest Regards,

Watch it or what? I can’t see the rest of your statement.

Fair enough. 😂😂
I’ve been getting a lot of these parenting lessons recently... it’s getting expensive!
I appreciate everyone’s responses.
Happy Holidays & stay safe! 🙂

Use parental controls and definitely keep that remote on a shelf or such.
AT&T can't give a refund on the movie, but if you call retentions, they may be able to give a discount off your services for a few months or maybe a free upgrade.
They may make you sign a contract. If you cancel services during the contract, you'll have to pay a fee. (Hint: This is why providers offer lower prices to new customers. They're essentially paying to get people out of contracts.)
Use your phone or calendar or such to make a reminder as to when those offers end. AT&T won't remind you. You'll just get a bill that's $30 or $40 or whatever higher.
