My bill keeps going up

When I signed up with ATT I was told my bill would be XX amount EVERY MONTH.  Every single month is seems to creep up a few dollars.  Why is this happening?  Fees can't possibly change every month.  I started at $120 and now I'm at $125.  Pretty soon it's going to be cheaper to go back to Time Warner.
