MY BILL WENT UP $65 in one month for"ACCOUNT ACTIVITY USAGE"???? WT????

I agreed to a 1 year contract.  Last month, my bill was fine, in line with the contract.  This month , some NEW charge I've NEVER seen, for $65 activity usage.  I want this off my bill.  email [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]
