My final bill

Hey there,

 

I finally canceled my U-Verse and internet service with you, which is unfortunate because I liked the service. That is,I should say, I liked the service when it worked. Multiple attempts to have it fixed failed. I'm disappointed at the outcome: service out daily during the summer and the bill was outrageous.

 

I don't feel like I should have to pay the entire final bill. This crap  was out over half the time
