My rewards cards of $150 and $250 have expired before I could activate them.
So I recieved several rewards cards for signing up to an ATT Uverse plan from Time Warner with the expectation to use the money to travel home for the Holiday. My wife and I are stationed in Fort Bliss Texas and we were going to visit back home in FL. To my dismay, I failed to realzie that these cards do expire which I found to be a big surprise. So essentially my issue is that I have been locked out of 400$ that I had anticipated to use this year November. I had not activated them to avoid the temptation of using them for something else. Is there anyway to be re-issued new cards to be activated? I have been a loyal ATT customer via cell for quite some time and have declined TimeWarner's counter rewards (which was more) due to ATT's superior service.
Thank you for your time.

Reward Center will not help, here is their response from the FAQ about this:
No. We apologize, but expired rewards will not be honored.
So, I'd Contact ATT Customer Care here:
http://forums.att.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage/tab/compose/note-to-user-id/192773
Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your expired rebate problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days.
This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done.
Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply.
They have helped users in the same boat in the past. Good luck 😉
