AT&T constantly raises it prices. When your discounts and promotions expire you have to call and neigotiate with them. They are pushing Directv which I had for years and don't want. Signal goes out in rain,wind and heavy snow. I had enough and went to Spectrum. Only drawback is they don't have wireless boxes. They did give me more programming for less along with faster internet speed and unlimited phone. In 2 years I will be considered a NEW customer with AT&T and will get the Royal treatment again. Loyal customers they don't care,they figure you won't leave!!!! Let them know there are other choices. Bob H.
