Need help desperately for billing. I can't find anyone to help me.
I've spent 4 hours already explaining and transferring from person to person and no one helps. All I get is nothing we can do but I understand your frustration.
I was put on a 2 year deal and 6 months into it, my bill goes up 50.00. ATT tells me sorry but we don't have your confirmation number of where chat confirmed for you the price for 2 years so since no one notated that in our records, too bad for you. I'm so angry.
Can someone please lead me in the right direction to get someone that had authority to actually help and not transfer me or tell me they understand my frustration yet do nothing to help. I have chat session reference numbers, confirmations, pics of chat sessions yet I get no help. I was promised one thing and not AT&T is reneging on the deal that they offered me....not acceptable.
I've been with AT&T for a very long time and this is the first time I've actually been serious about leaving even after I spoke so highly and recommended them to others in the past. It's just unbelievable and I'm so stressed right now having to try to get this fixed and if not find a new place to get service. Thanks ATT Uverse!!!!!!
