Need help logging into a specific app

I’m trying to login to the poptv app, I have the channel in my cable package, but only direct tv shows up as an option in the app. Is there something I can do to sign in.

Thanks for the reply. I would view the same content on the U-verse app if it was available , sadly, It is not. And I am unable to watch any of the shows I have saved on my dvr in the U-verse app, so that’s not an option either. I’m glad to hear that there is a fix in the works for the poptv app, and will try it again soon.

Schitts creek is not available on the inverse app. That is why we need access to POP

Most of the episodes are now locked on the PopTV website without a log-in. There's no option to log-in using Uverse.

This is still an issue. 2 years later. At&t tv (and direct tv) can apparently access the pop tv app but not uverse. I'm paying a premium for this channel in a package, but can only watch content on my uverse receiver. Schitty. Guess I will wait for netflix to have the last season of Schitt's Creek and look into other cable providers in the meantime.

I've been able to use the POPNow app in the past but now I'm getting "Media Authorization Errror".   😡

@skeeterintexas  Yeah, my husband and I were late to the Schitt's Creek party, and only tried accessing the Pop app through Roku for the first time a few weeks ago to watch the last season (which is locked). There is no authentication option for Uverse that we have been able to find. When we tried to troubleshoot we realized this is a longstanding issue.

I'm annoyed because I know for a fact that my Uverse sign worked previously.
