Need help with Uverse app

Trying to sign into Uverse app. Used email and also tried the user ID they gave me. Says userID is incorrect

We're happy to help you gain access to your U-verse app again, @lynnamaria!

 

There are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the U-verse app.

 

You can try:

  • Restarting Device
  • Uninstalling and Reinstalling the app
  • Clear the app cache and cookies

This will get rid of anything affecting the app to function properly. Also, we recommend that you reset your password as this will resync your account.

 

You should also be using the Member ID to login to your app. This is the AT&T email that is tied to your account.

If you're still unable to log in after that, we suggest that you remove your U-verse credentials from any third party app that you are using. Once you've done that, try logging into the app again.
