Never received my reward card (po'd lawyer)

Hi,

I've had service since February '17, I was promised a reward card after 3 months of service and I have received nothing. I have spoken to three separate reps, each apologized for the mistake and promised the card would be received by me in 5 to 7 business days. The last time I spoke with a rep was over two weeks ago. I don't see anything in the mail and I'm starting to get frustrated enough to file a formal complaint against the company. Clearly, you engage in this false advertising practice all the time.
