New to the forum...how to petition for Internet in an established rural neighborhood
ATT,
I currently moved to a neighborhood and a gentleman here said they were originally told by att 3 years ago if they could get 65 people in the area to sign up for service att would come out...they had well over 90 and att never wet any further...I have a home business that needs high speed internet...
What can I do to start the negotiations and get uverse out here...Hampshire, TN 38461 area...

Contact ATT Customer Care on the link in my signature.
Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your internet petition problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.
This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done.
Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
